I ordered from lostgolfballs.com mainly because the idea of reusing golf balls just makes sense, right? Why buy brand new ones if perfectly good balls can get cleaned up and played again? I really do like that part of it, and it made me feel a little better about the purchase.

That said, I was hoping for more details about how they actually collect, clean, and ship everything. Isn’t that kind of the point if you’re promoting the eco-friendly angle? The packaging also felt a bit more wasteful than I expected, so overall I liked the concept, but I wish the process was clearer.

Pretty good selection. I found my usual balls easily, so that’s good enough for me. I didn’t check every single option, but if they had the ones I always get, I’m calling it a solid selection...

"Changing account settings was a bit frustrating"
I tried updating my account details it felt way harder than it needed to be. The settings weren’t super easy to figure out, though maybe I just missed something obvious. Still, I wish the process was a little more straightforward.

Well... I reordered the same balls I bought last time, but this batch seemed a bit more hit or miss. Shipping was fine and the price is still reasonable, but a few of the balls had more marks than I expected for the grade. It definitely wasn’t terrible, and I’d probably give them another shot, but this order just wasn’t as good as my first one...

"Pretty much exactly what I expected"
I ordered a few dozen of these and, they showed up pretty much just like the grade described. A couple little scuffs here and there, but nothing that made me think twice. I already played a round with them and they felt totally normal to me. Funny enough, I was more worried about getting something totally different than advertised, but that wasn’t the case at all. No weird surprises, which I appreciate. I’ll probably grab more once I inevitably lose these in the woods or the water...

"Felt like a solid buy"
I ordered some used Pro V1s, and right away they seemed about like what I expected for the grade. Most of them looked good, and while a few had some marks, nothing gave me a bad feeling or made me think they wouldn’t play fine. Shipping took a little longer than I hoped, but overall my gut says it was a decent deal and I’d probably buy again.

I mean... I was disappointed with this order. The balls I got weren’t the ones I ordered, and the shipping was way later than expected. So yeah... not a great experience overall.

"Bulk buying turned into a whole ordeal"
I thought ordering in bulk would be simple, but wow, it turned into a mini saga. I just wanted to buy a big batch and compare grades and quantities without jumping through hoops, but the site made everything feel way more clunky than it needed to be. My order did turn up fine in the end, so no disaster there, but wow, the emails were confusing. I felt like I needed a detective board with string and pins just to figure out what was happening. I had to ask twice for clarification, which was a bit frustrating. It would’ve been so much easier if they had explained everything clearly from the start.

"Okay overall, but the wait was annoying"
I had to reach out about my order, and I assumed it would be a quick back-and-forth like it usually is with most places, but it took longer than I expected to get a reply. They did eventually get back to me and helped sort everything out, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. It was just kind of frustrating sitting around waiting and wondering if I’d have to follow up again. Overall, it was okay, but the response time could definitely be better.

I did end up getting my refund in the end, so that part was fine, but it took longer than I expected and I kept checking for updates and wondering if it was actually going through, so it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just slower than I would’ve liked...

I was just trying to avoid making an order and then finding out half of it wasn’t available, so I spent a little time looking through the listings first. The site was generally easy to follow, and most of the availability info seemed up to date. After I placed the order, one item did end up changing, but everything else was clear enough.

"Confusing grading and not what I expected"
I bought these balls thinking the grading system was straightforward, but what showed up really didn’t match what I had in mind. The wording around the grades feels vague, and a little misleading. It also has that annoying automated-system vibe where everything is neatly labeled but somehow still tells you nothing useful. I’d rather have a clear, human explanation of what I’m actually buying. I wouldn’t order again

I’ve ordered from lostgolfballs.com a couple times now and it’s been solid. The balls were mostly close to the grade I picked, maybe a few had a little more scuffing than I was expecting, but nothing that really bothered me.
Shipping was normal and everything in the order matched what I bought. I’d probly use them again, I just wouldn’t go in expecting every single ball to look brand new. Seems like a legit way to save some money
